The overall objective of the project "Culture opens every door" was to contribute to peace building in Bosnia and Herzegovina, break down prejudice and develop quality education through activities that promote cultural diversity, creativity, innovation and open spaces for dialogue and different perspectives.

Students had the opportunity to present the culture of different ethnic groups of BiH throughtraditional music, multimedia video, dance and acting. More than 30 workshops were held for students on topics likepersonal and collective narratives, strengthening self-esteem and the development of new ideas for promoting cultural diversity. An initial and final survey has been conducted and the results indicate that the activities had a positive impact on the acceptance of different ethnic groups and traditions among students of the other ethnic group, but that there is an urgent need to continue working on promoting cultural dialogue. Despite the fact that the conflict took place before these students were even born, the fear of the other or the unknown is very present among young generations.
